Do you think Obama should have gone to speak to the NAACP?

It’s interesting that the story making media rounds is Mitt Romney being booed at the NAACP, when Obama decided not to show at all. Instead, he sent VP Biden to speak to the NAACP. Obama says that scheduling conflicts prevented him from attending. Do you think Obama should have made time to speak to the NAACP himself? Why or why not?
